This is a season park not a year-round live in park. Season is paid! Cute and Cozy cottage full time April 1st to Oct. 31 Friday to Monday morning in the off season. This a park model trailer with a main bedroom and a bunk room. The bunks were removed. Originally had bunks in the hall but was changed to storage with cube and shelves, really cute. Full size bathroom with tub. Kitchen has full size refrigerator and apartment sized stove. Owner upgraded to instahot hot-water heater. has regular heater and window a/c and a wall unit a/c. Deck with furniture, shed with contents, gazebo and golf cart. The batteries were replaced last year. Bring your clothes and grab a take-out menu, your set. Park has lots of amenities, lake, pool, water park, activities, catch and release lake.
