The roomy backyard has ample space for children to play and to

store your beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. The outside property is monitored with security cameras.

The space

WE PROVIDE TOWELS, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINENS

The main bedroom has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, a charger compatible alarm clock, and a

large closet with hangers. The second bedroom consists of two twin beds with a night stand. You'll find a supply of bath towels, blankets and pillows in each closet. Please bring your own bed sheets as they are not provided. The bathroom is equipped with a standard tub/shower.

The entire house and yard are yours to enjoy. THIS IS A NONSMOKING RENTAL.

In the event of cancellation by the Guest, payments will be refunded only when the Property is re-rented at no loss to owner. 15% of such refund shall be deducted by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company as a cancellation fee. In the event the property is not re-booked, the tenant is responsible for the entirety of the lease.

This is a Non-Smoking property. This property is Managed by Century 21 Gilmartin and Company. Linens and towels are NOT included in this rental. Please note, a signed office generated rental agreement is mandatory prior to checking in.

Guests are expected to leave the unit as they found it. All personal items including food and Trash must be removed at check out.

Keys & a welcome bag are picked up the Century 21 Gilmartin and company office located at 1382 Lafayette St. on the day of arrival.
