Maximum capacity of 16 people. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths.

First floor bedroom 1: queen bed, private attached full bath.

Second floor bedroom 2: king bed, private attached full bath .

Second floor bedroom 3: queen bed, shared full bath.

Second floor bedroom 4: king bed, shared full bath.

Second floor bedroom 5: king bed, private attached full bath.

Third floor has a family room with kitchenette and additional bedroom with two full sized day beds, and two roll out twin trundles, full private bath.

ENTERTAINMENT

There is a large 65 inch television in the family room with a Firestick and streaming capability. Youtube TV is provided for local TV access. High speed internet. There are also smart TV's in all the bedrooms, as well as the third floor living area. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!

PETS

There is a $150 pet fee per pet

BEACH

There are two public beach areas nearby; Cape May City and Cape May Point. Both require tags. This rental provides 10 beach tags. If lost there is a $40 replacement fee. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.

POOL/YARD

Service comes twice a week to clean/treat. Skimmers are provided for guests. Please observe the pool rules. Lawn service may be present during your stay. Pool is open until the end of September.

Weekly Friday to Friday 4PM check in. Please be aware of ring security cameras located on the exterior of the home. This is a non smoking rental. Guest and Guest's invitees agree not to smoke inside the property.

This rental includes: Dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, and glassware, linens and towels are provided, exterior of home is monitored with ring cameras.

Pet fee (when applicable) and cleaning fee required for stay.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED.
